Joe Essien B.Sc, M.Sc, PhD.
Senior Lecturer

Dr. Joe Essien holds Ph.D. in Computer Science, M.Sc. [Distinction], Information Systems, Pg. Cert, Research, all obtained from the University of West London, United Kingdom; and a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, obtained from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is an active member of the British Computer Society. He has taught and facilitated academic programmes for many tertiary institutions in Nigeria, United Kingdom and India. Dr. Joe Essien has extensive managerial experience having headed Department of Computer Science and Information Technology in many academic institutions and Computer and Information Technology Departments in Financial and Software development institutions. His domain of research interest are Enterprise Architectures, Software Engineering, Software Testing and Quality Assurance, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, Modelling and Simulations and use of model driven taxonomies for business processes alignments.
