Dr. Valentine is a priest of the Catholic Diocese of Aba, in Abia State. He was born on March 3, 1975 in Mgbedeala village in Abia State of Nigeria. He attended St Michael Primary School, Umuacha from 1981-1986, and Annunciation Seminary Amaudara from 1987- 1992. He was ordained a Catholic Priest in July 16, 2005 after his philosophical and theological studies.
He obtained a Bachelors in Philosophy (B.Phil) in 1999 from Bigard Memorial Seminary, Enugu, Bachelors in Theology (B.Ts ) in 2004 from Bigard Momorial Seminary, Enugu,Higher National Diploma (HND) in Communication in 1999 from Enugu State University, Licentiate in Communication in 2012 from Pontifical University of Holy Cross, Romeand Doctorate in Communication (P.hD), in 2016 from Pontifical University of Holy Cross, Rome.
