MR Eze Obumneme Emmanuel hails from Amuenyi village in Udenu LGA of Enugu state. Mr Eze holds both Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Arts in Mass Communication from the University of Nigeria Nsukka.  He is married is blessed with children.
