The Education sector suffers deficiency of Educators in Physics and Chemistry.
Reason being that, both Physics and Chemistry students prefer, upon graduation, to focus solely on the practical aspect of their profession, developing and creating things, in an environment where they will not be ‘disturbed’ by questions of young minds who want to learn. Forgetting that, they also learnt through the same process of ‘disturbance’ of Educators who had passion to teach them.
It takes PASSION, DEDICATION, HARDWORK and the ABILITY to HELP others GROW to their FULLEST POTENTIAL, to be an Educator and a Science Educator (Instructor) needs SELFLESSNESS in addition, as this involves educating others in skills and in theory.
“You cannot give what you do not have.” Are you daring? Are you passionate enough to help others grow? Are you willing to impart your knowledge?
The B. Sc. Ed (Education Chemistry) or B. Sc. Ed (Education Physics) is for you.
