Tender Submission

Contractors who are pre-qualified will receive an e-mail from Veritas University with information about how to bid for available tenders.  The e-mail will also contain information on how to access, download the relevant tender documentation and upload the completed bid documents to the Veritas University website.

A tender fee for each tender uploaded must be paid for at any branch of GT Bank prior to uploading the completed tender documentation. The cost of each tender is shown in the Tenders Table.

Before you can upload your completed tender documentation on the website please follow these instructions:

  1. Pay the appropriate Tender fees above at any GT Bank branch following the payment instructions
  2. Make sure when you are uploading your completed tender documentation you have the following with you:
  • Your GT Bank payment teller
