Pre-Qualification

After completion of the contractor registration form, Veritas University will e-mail registered contractors  with User ID and Password details to enable them use the system.  Registered contractors can log in with these details at http://veritas.edu.ng/user

The next step in the process is to complete a pre-qualification form which will be available as a link in the procurement section when you log in as a registered contractor. Included in the pre-qualification forms are a number of lots describing tenders that contractors choose for tender bids. Contractors can choose one or more of the lots of interest at a cost of NGN 10,500.00 each.

The pre-qualification forms will be assessed by Veritas University and qualified contractors will receive notification of tender information via e-mail.  You must pay for the lots you are interested in before filling the Pre-Qualification Form. 

Example: If you are interested in 2 lots from the lots table below you will be required to pay NGN 21,000.00

Before you start your online pre-qualification, please ensure that you have met the following requirements:

  1. Pay the appropriate pre-qualification fees above at any GT Bank branch following the payment instructions
  2. Have the following:
  • Your GT Bank payment teller
  • Scanned Copy of Company Certificate of Incorporation
  • Scanned registration document with Federal Ministry of Works
  • Scanned copy of Tax Certificates for last 3 years
  • Scanned copy of Last 3 years of Audited Accounts Statements
  • Document stating your Company’s financial capability
  • Document Listing your Company’s technical capability and equipment list
  • Scanned copies of VAT registration and VAT remittances
  • Letter of Accreditation from your Bank.
