Contractor Registration

 

Prospective contractors can register on the website in any of the categories below:

  1. Civil Engineering Contractor
  2. Electrical Engineering Contractor
  3. Mechanical Engineering Contractor
  4. Building Contractor
  5. Supplier of Materials and Equipment

There is a fee for application which applies to all contractors and a registration fee which is related to the value of contract sought.

The total Contractor Registration Fee is the Application Fee (NGN 1,500.00) PLUS the Registration Fee; the total is displayed in the Amount Payable Column in the Fees Table.

Example: If you select category C as the value of contracts that your company is interested in fulfilling then the Contractor Registration Amount Payable is Application Fee (NGN 1500.00) + Registration Fee (NGN 5500.00) = NGN 7,000.00

The Renewal Fee (NGN 3,000.00 in the above example) is an annual charge every registered contractor is required to pay to remain a registered contractor; the first renewal fee payment will be due a year from the date your company becomes a registered contractor. An e-mail reminder will be sent shortly before the renewal fee is due.
